Books For The Kitchen

Starting tomorrow, a few of my friends and I are going to be rotating dinner evenings. We agreed that we need to get better at cooking. Lia one of my vegetarian friends is up first and she’s going to make a Peanut Tofu Buddha Bowl. I’ve got Mildreds on order now so I am planning on making something in the slow cooker which can simmer all day. I work 9 – 6pm so I’d like to cook something that I can prep before work, and then serve up within the first 30mins of getting home! I’ll update next week with my progress and pictures. I also really want to try making one of these¬†from my Pinterest board!
