28 Day Challenge

For 28 days I am going to follow this guideline below! Initially I wanted to do 30 days as I’ve seen so many challenges be that length but was advised to do 28 which is 4  weeks. This is crafted up by Pre and I literally just took notes on a piece of paper whilst watching the NBA finals hehe! So without further ado, here’s the do’s and don’ts

DO
Meat
Veggies
Fruits
Eggs
Yoghurt (Greek)
Nut Milks
Nuts + Seeds
Legumes, Quinoa
Sweet Potatoes, Yams
Dark Chocolate 70% +

DONT
Fried Food
Simple Sugars eg: Soda, Cereals, Cookies, Juice
Ice Cream :'(
Breads
Oats
Rice

I am also planning on exercising along with this and as part of my June Goals, and will be starting Yoga classes this week! I’m going to update this blog post every other day with my progress!
