Try something like Yoga or Pilates to get your blood flowing. If you don’t want to go outside then check out YouTube or the Nike Training Club which gives you routines to follow in the comfort of your own home. If you want to be more social and you live in North America, London or Australia sign up to Class Pass with a friend. This will give you access to hundreds of classes around the city that you can try.

If you don’t want to stay cooped up at home all day, or have some business to attend to, avoid being distracted by things at home and head to a cafe to get some work done. It sounds counter intuitive but unlike working at home, you are less likely to fall into procrastination. By changing your environment, it brings new types of inputs into your life which stimulates creativity and inspiration.

Whether it’s leaning how to play an instrument or learning a new language there’s no better time than now. Lets not end 2017 by saying “I wish I….”
